Technical Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Provide after sales technical support
  • Contribute to the overall service performance of the technical team
  • Attend to the service calls and ensure that assigned installations are attended to
  • Co-ordinate with various department to ensure that monthly service level targets are met
  • Inspect multi-functional products to ensure quality work are performed at all times
  • Ensure maintenance and prompt submission of technical / service reports
  • Perform trouble-shooting of the multi-functional products to ensure smooth functioning of the device
  • Conduct periodic maintenance of the multi-functional products
  • Interact with internal escalation groups to resolve complex technical issues
  • To conduct basic usage training to new customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics engineering or equivalent
  • Basic IT Knowledge for Print drivers installation and configurations
  • Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply as training will be provided
  • Good interpersonal skills and service oriented
  • Possess passion in the servicing of hi-tech multi-functional devices
  • Those with NITEC qualification with working experience are welcome to apply
  • Willing to travel domestically
